Shipping & Return
Receive Free Shipping within Canada and United State with purchases of over $40, excluding taxes, discounts, and/or purchases of gift cards.
Flat rate shipping of $9.95 will be applied to purchases under $40.
Due to different shipping rates in certain remote towns within Canada and United States, surcharges may be added in addition to the shipping charge. Surcharges may be applied in the following areas but are not limited to:
- Any location outside of Canada and United States
- Canadian Territories (Northern Territories, Yukon and Nunavut )
- Alaska, Hawaii, Associated States, Puerto Rico, US Military Addresses
If surcharges do apply to your shipment, we will contact you by email before we ship your order.

How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
We always try our best to ship out your purchases as quickly as possible. Once the order has been received on our end, standard processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.
Order Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Most shipments will be shipped via Canada Post. If you require a signature upon delivery or require an alternative shipping carrier, please make your requests via email to email@example.com.
To return a purchase, the purchased products must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days after shipment has been received
- All products must be in its unused, unaltered and unopened condition
- Be returned with original packaging in its original condition
The following items are not eligible for a return:
Cosmetics, perfume, shaving tools and/or gift card purchases.
Please note, hipstor Inc reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.
How to Initiate a Return
Send us a email through firstname.lastname@example.org, including the order number, product to be returned and reason for returning.
For a safe return, we sincerely suggest using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. In the event of the item being lost or damaged during shipment, a refund will not be issued.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to you. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note, original shipping fees are not refundable.
